Relax! We often feel that we can’t afford ourselves the time to unwind, like there’s too much going on for us to steal time away to do ‘nothing.’ So, we’re here to tell you that far from doing ‘nothing,’ taking time to soak in a hot bath is a vital part of your fitness training. Heat therapy helps increase blood flow, relax muscles, stimulate healing and prevent muscle damage following exercise. Here’s our very own Heather using her time in the bath to catch up on a spot of reading too – well, you’ve got to stay in the tub long enough to let the heat work its magic!!
