It was so inspiring to return to ballet-based workouts, but especially Heather’s classes, after ten years away.  Although it was challenging to begin with, I soon began to reap the rewards of a traditional ballet-based workout, in particular the wonderful union of body and spirit.  I’m so grateful that Heather was my first teacher when I came back to ballet in my 30s – she made me realise that it’s never too late to do something you truly love.
