I was initially nervous that I simply wouldn’t have enough space in my apartment, that my window sill wouldn’t be an adequate ‘barre’, but I just rearrange my furniture accordingly, do a little quick shuffling when we turn to do the other side and I can make it work! I find the classes just hard enough to knacker me out and feel like I’m making progress, without me ever getting frustrated about things I can’t do, and there are always alternative options to take if you’ve hurt your knee or ankle. And finally, Heather’s wonderful positive and kind manner always gets me through even the hardest exercises and I always have so much fun.
